An open international network for plant pangenomics
The International Plant Pangenome Network brings together researchers working across plant pangenomics to share knowledge, experience, and practical approaches in an open international forum.
Our aim is to encourage discussion across the community by creating a space where members can share expertise, discuss challenges, and learn from one another’s experience of implementing pangenomic tools and approaches.
We meet monthly in a virtual format. Meetings usually include an informal presentation from a network member, with occasional invited speakers, followed by open discussion. The network is intended to be practical, collegiate, and collaborative, supporting science through openness and shared learning.
